I tried the Never Be Hungry Diet
I love my food and could eat all day, unfortunately I sometimes do which is why I ended up three stone overweight. Deep down, I didn't believe the Never Be Hungry Diet would work but my best friend convinced me to try it.
I started it five days before my period was due, which, looking back, wasn't a good idea because that's when I'm most hungry. I tried really hard and the meals themselves were nice, but the portions were much smaller than I'm used to and I was always hungry! By the fourth day it felt a bit easier. By day eight it was fine and I even began to enjoy it.
I've lost 10lbs in three weeks and still have a long way to go, but I've already learnt a lot about portion size and know I can control my appetite.
