I tried the Scarsdale Diet
I chose the Scarsdale Diet because I liked the idea of being told exactly what to eat. That way, I felt sure I'd lose weight.
I followed one of the 14-day meal plans and although I was quite hungry at first, I got used to it half way through the first week. I learnt lots of ways of making food tastier without eating loads of fat, such as using artificial sweeteners and mustard instead of mayonnaise. Barbecuing meat was also allowed, which was great in the summer.
I lost five pounds in two weeks and kept most of it off too. I'd definitely recommend it.

Five pounds in two weeks? That's not good. Most people lose at least a stone on this diet. You clearly went wrong somewhere.
