I tried Weight Watchers
I got back from a camping holiday in France with my husband, Steve, and the kids feeling fat and exhausted. I was 16 1/2st and I'd struggled to join in with the kids while they were being active. My Aunt Carole has lost weight with Weight Watchers so I rang her to see when the next meeting was.
With three children and working five days a week, planning our meals was already a habit. I just needed to make a few changes, including using more fruit and vegetables and having fewer ready-meals. Now, before I do the weekly shopping, I get out my Weight Watchers cookbooks and magazines to plan the weekly meals and lunches. Steve has always encouraged me and he's also lost two stone.
We still enjoy going out or having a bottle of wine, but I know I can keep track of my points values with the online tracker. My BMI has dropped from 34 to 25, which is in the healthy range. I'm down to 11st 12lbs which means I've lost 4st 7lbs and reached my target weight. I'm very proud of myself!

i have done weightwatchers, it is in my opinion the easiest yet most effective diet you will find - but you MUST do it as the books say - i lost four stone and have been at goal for over a year - i really highly recommend trying it
