Hey I just started this diet, will come back in 5 days and report back. I am size 12,14 and i am hoping that this diet will help shift me nearer to the 12. I think the foods are very cheap and affordable. I think i will have to substitute some of the meat things with qourn oor something since i am a vegetarian good luck to all! x

I have just started this diet so I will keep you posted. Not sure why everyone is complaining. I am a single mum, but I found the food affordable..maybe a few more dollars than usual, but typically junk food is cheaper..I want to get healthy and teach my daughter to do the same. As for time, how hard is it to pop some tomatoes on top of a peice of bread and toast it....I am a size 14 at the moment, hoping to get to a size 10....we'll see how it goes!!

If you guys dont like veggies, if you don't like half of the food on the list, if your family/kids don't like it either - why are you surprised diets don't work for you? The only way to lose weight - tried and proven - is to change your dietary habits. If you live on the average UK (or U.S.) diet, forget ever losing weight. Cut down on meat, stick to fish, veggies, fruit, salad, cereal and dairy and you will lose. This diet is designed to kickstart any serious weight loss effort, and it works. But only if you are dead set on changing your habits and your family's as well. Greetings from an American in Europe

I Think That Th Best Diet I Have Done Is Special K.. I Managed To Drop A Dress Size In 2 Weeks.. I Chose To Do; 1 Bowl For Breakfast; 1 Bowl For Lunch; And I Had A Balanced Dinner.. I Thought It Was Really Good As I Dont Really Have Much Will Power But This Was Easyy.. I Did Get Bored A Little Of IT So I Changed The Type.. I Started With The Plain One First And Then Moved On To Mixed Berrys And There Are Many More!! I Feeell That It Is A Really Good Diet To Start Off With.. And I Managed To Loose Weight When I Was On My Hols With My Friend As She Eats Little Amounts And We Went Out For Long Walks And Talks.. We Went To The Isle Of White It Was Really Good.. So I Really DO Recommend This Diet.. Much Love.. Hannah ..XxoOoxX..

i two hate these diets as i never like the majority of food in the recipies plus my 2 toddlers wont eat all the foods. i recomend eating breakfast of cereal and making homade soup. you can eat as much as you like to get full and still loose weight and have all the veg you need. if you dont like the veg then just blend it. as well as soup snack on low fat potato salad ham and rye crackers. i lost HALF A STONE in 2 weeks and i still had alcohol and the odd curry inbetween!!!! go ur own way and just take ideas from these diets!!! it will became a lifestyle and not a phase

i have done this diet for 5 days now, i changed the muesli for porridge at breakfast as i dont think 30g of muesli is enough to fill anyone. i also didn't have the strawberries or raspberries, but substituted them with cheaper alternatives such as apples and banana's. i'm a sucker for chocolate, but found that with choice of snacks i didn't really think about choosing the chocolate over a piece of fruit. i have lost 9lb in 5 days and couldn't be happier. i'm to do it for another week aswell as regular exercise, to be sure i fit into my LBD for the xmas period!
