i think you are sposed to eat the 'nibbles' and 'burns' every 13 minutes like it says and then eat something from the breakfast lunch and dinner bit at the appropriate times

Whilst this shows the food that you can eat, it does not explain how you are to eat every 13 minutes, or what you should eat, what size etc, there is no way that you could have a bowl of cereal and leave it through the morning only takinga spoonful every 13 mins, or a dinner with gravey etc, can you explain how you would eat this often and more importantly what. Thanks you

I am following the 13 minute plan for 7 days (on day 4 now) from a Woman's Own Magazine of 15.10.07. I found the amounts quoted in Woman's Own different to those quoted on this page/site. i.e. Woman's Own quotes 1 Weetabix or Shredded Wheat, I slice of toast etc., whereas this page/site quotes quantities of 2 for same items! Also Woman's Own does not mention ONLY 3 pieces of fruit to be eaten per day. But I have found the plan quite good, although it is a bit "different" to eat every 13 minutes at work. I have been having breakfast (from stated list) then snacks every 13 mins til Lunch (from list) then 13 mins until Dinner (from list). My only problem is that after Dinner I wasn't sure whether one should eat nibbles/burns right up until retiring for the night or not?? It seems to have been answered on this page i.e. approx 30 nibbles/burn per day to be eaten between 3 main meals/morning and afternoon snacks. I am quite enjoying the food and shall keep plodding on.
