The latest research carried out at the University of Georgia revealed that the antioxidants it contains, called polyphenols, help detox the body and rev up the metabolism so the pounds come off faster. Drink a cup of weak tea with lemon first thing in the morning and black or lemon tea between meals.'

It's a good idea,but black tea contains lots of caffeine.You should swap it with caffeine free green, white tea,wu-long,or pur-eh teas.
