How to avoid snacking at work
When I started back at work 18 months ago I put on about a stone in weight in the first few months due to inactivity and eating at my desk (I went from being a very busy stay-at-home mum to a busy, but stationary, Administration Manager). I made a pact with myself to NEVER eat at my desk (unless it was fruit) and always to take a proper meal break and eat it in the break room. It's worked wonders and I'm now back to my original weight!
