Always be prepared, says Becky Houghton
If you're out and about during the day, be prepared with healthy snacks to avoid relying on high fat snack foods if you're in need of a snack. Mixed nuts, seeds, dried fruit and fresh fruit are a good option. Also get into the habit of having a small bottle of water with you, just make sure you drink it!
