What do they do?
Pilates teachers work with clients to realign the body's structure and strengthen muscles. You can train to do mat work to start with then add specialised equipment later on.

Qualifications
You'll need to do a course that?s accredited by the Pilates Foundation. For the basic mat work course, expect to pay around £2750 for 15 weekends over a year (plus home study).

How much do they earn?
For one-to-one lessons, you can command at least £20-25 an hour.
