Becky Houghton with easy exercise tips
1. If you're new to exercise, try not to do too much too soon. Start off with one or two gentle sessions a week, and increase that gradually over a month.
2. Keep a diary of the exercise you're doing, include the type, time and how you feel while exercising. If you're finding it too easy this is an indication to increase the intensity.
3. Find a time to exercise that suits you, whether it's first thing in the morning or in the afternoon, and try to make it part of a routine.
