Becky Houghton on how to stay on your diet
1. Don't think that you're on a diet, you're on a healthy eating plan for life.
2. Focus on the good foods that you can give yourself.
3. Set yourself realistic goals, don't say you will go to the gym every evening if you know that you won't fit it In.
4. If you have a bad day, don't think that's it the end of the 'diet', put it behind you and get back on track the next day. Exercise will help not only burn some calories but will give you that feel-good feeling.
5. When you're doing well, reward yourself with a treat (not related to food) like flowers, new jewellery, a beauty treatment, or new clothes to show of your new figure / shape. This will also give you the incentive to keep the weight off!
