Ice skating is a great cardiovascular workout, it works thigh and calf muscles and most importantly it's fun for both kids and adults alike. You can skate and enjoy the winter air at an outdoor rink, or keep warm indoors.

How hard is it? Moderate
How long should I do it for? 30 mins, or three 10-minute sessions
