How to treat yourself on a diet
I know that snacking on carrots and fruit is great for losing weight but sometimes I want to snack on something a bit more naughty! The crisps French Fries are low in calories and fat. Skips and Quavers are too. I also snack on malt loaf or Weight Watcher bars which are a lot better for you than other chocolates and Jaffa Cakes are great!
