hi am stacey am 20 year old will be 21 in 3week am weight is 13 stone and ive just tart a new job i do load of walking am alway on my feet my hight is 5ft 7inch am i over weight

I have been reading all the comments from people who seem to think they are overweight. All teenagers seem to be a bit obsessed with being thin. It is better to be healthy and slightly overweight than anorexic. I suggest you cut down on sweets chocolates and fizzy drinks. Eat healthily regularly plenty of lean protein fruit and veg and drink water. Exercise regularly too walk instead of bussing it everywhere, try a new hobby like swimming aerobics and boxing. Get fit and toned instead of slouching about in front of the pc.

Hi im 18 years old and i weight 90kg and im 180cm tall. I would love to lose weight so bad. but none of the diets works. could you please sugest me anything. i want to lose 30kg so bad, please help me.

the beverly hills diet works wonders. i wouldnt really call it a diet for me to be honest because i adjusted it slightly so i just always eat like that. I will always have some sort of fruit for breakfast along with celery sticks or something similar for a snack then brown rice with green beans or a salad sandwich for lunch, chocolate covered nuts or raisins for a snack before dinner and then normally i have a fish based supper as i am pescatarian nowadays i will always have it with a sauce and 2 vegetables at least normally. i also do 1hour of exercise everyday which has kept me feeling great, when you want to lose weight you really do need to change your whole lifestyle, not just quickly go on a diet for a few weeks because it will most likely not work out, and after the first week or so of your new lifestyle you will feel GREAT honestly, i mean ive even begun to love exercise! worrying a lovely light meal is sardines in tomato sauce mashed up (remove the big bone in the middle, i forgot once.. yuck) along with capers, anchovies and onion and garlic, however much you want and grill it for about 7 minutes, it is actually delish

I think that having the dietary requirements question is a great start to the quiz but you don't have an option for wheat allergy/intolerance diets, is this something that will be an option in the future?

try not to eat so much, eat little and often, at look at the fruit bowl more often

hi im 20 years old i have a 10mth old son and i cant loose my baby weight. im 5ft6 and weigh nearly 13 stone about a size 14. i work in a call centre so dont do alot of exercise i eat alot of fruit and cream crackers with marmite but i still dont seem to loose anything. its making me really depressed people keep asking me if im pregnant again and it really hurts. im engaged and my partner is begging me to set a date but i dont want to get married thinking that im going to be this size. can anybody recommend anything pls im desperate.

hi im 17yr old and drink 2-3 times a week which means takeaways, each time! im a size 10-12 and 10stone i love drink and takeaway bt feel soo fat i dnt stik 2 the gym i want a nice food plan wats heatly but not no posh diet wat cost bwt 1000 million pound a week just 4 eat mingin food wats heatly and advice plz dnt say dnt eat takeaways and drink cz it my life lol

Kirsty it is best if you go to they gym once or twice a week or do some exercises at home also when ever you want a bar or chocolate or some crisps eat an apple or another kind of fruit, instead of eating fatty foods try and eat salad sandwiches, well some fatty foods such as fishshops only eat every now and then. hi there u may think its hard for au 12 yaer 2 say dis BUT it ant for me i dont evan wont to live im 12stone 4lbs and 157cm tall soo i no i need to losse whight but i can never can stick to au dite i allways cheet plz can anyone tell me a good dite where i dont have to follow a food plan :) i dont like much sport but i dont mind rounds at school for pe lol but anythink els then its au nono 4 me.... my best m8 is 7 and a half stone but she thinks shes fat sooo it is realy hard to b around because if she thinks shes fat then she must think im the size of au house plz plz help

Well i really would like to loose the extra fat i carry around. i started putting on hen i first start going to high school 8 years ago am now 20 and sticking to a diet aint easy my best friend is on same boat but she only put it o after haven her daughter i would like to find other diets to help me and her get back into shape so we feel good and get our confidence back, we both feel that if we lost the way we'll feel better in our self and not thinking people are looking at us all the time am now start of adult hood i would like to make a chance in my life by loosing those extra pounds if there a way to help me and help my friend i woud take it
