If you're pescatarian, just replace the meat in meat based meals with fish. And replace the veggie protein source with fish. Fish is not a carbohydrate-heavy food and will not mess up your diabetic control.

i have been looking for a diet the encompases piscatairan diabetics. but all i find are diets for veggies or diabetics its very frustation to find out you can eat this with that meat or use meat related products to cook with but im just hard to please.
