As the diet's only for five days, if the amount isn't stated, buy the smallest quantity you can. If you want to repeat it or carry on, there will be ingredients left over for you to use or simply buy bigger quantities.

Looks quite simple, im a veggie though so obviously wont be having the meat jsut the veg etc for dinners ! But seems pretty easy to follow, not 2 diff from a green day on slimming world ! Will comment on how 1 get on after the 5 days !!!
