Natalie says:
'Doing this DVD has totally changed my life in every single way, I feel healthier, happier and much sexier. I've tried diets before and I've tried to lose weight before, but I've never found anything that actually works, like this does.'

Who's it good for?
Great if you're just starting out and want a suitable workout to transform body shape and lifestyle.

goodtoknow user, Ann Simpson, 24, from London, says:
'I couldn't believe how good she looks in this DVD! The before and now clips of Natalie working out gave me (a complete beginner) the incentive to ditch the fatty foods and get fit!

Like her, when I first started the routines, I looked and felt completely out of shape but I'm hoping to continue to get to Natalie's level of fitness now. The workouts are a combination of dance and boxing steps, which I really enjoyed doing. Even though the cardio workouts are quite intensive, it's set at a comfortable pace so I could keep up and really get my body working.'

Will you do it again? Definitely
