Erin and Karen say:
'If Strictly Come Dancing hooked you on dance, then this is the workout for you! Learn the steps to the Salsa, Jive, Quick Step, Samba and The Cha Cha Cha. The dances tone different body parts and provide an energetic workout to great music.'
Who's it good for?
If you want to learn how to dance and get fit at the same time then this is for you. It's a great social fitness DVD so get some friends or family to do it too - you can get fit and have fun; two things that don't normally go together!
goodtoknow user, Vicky Wool, 35, from Portsmouth, says:
This DVD promises that you'll be recreating the moves from the show in no time but the instructions given for each dance are hard to follow, with too many moves to learn in one go plus, you have to physically choose each section, so it's a bit stop start and I didn't get the best workout from it.
The routines do need a couple of practises to sink in but it's worth it in the end - the dances are rewarding once you know what you're doing and a lot of fun!
Will you do it again? Maybe
