Davina McCall - High Energy Five
Priced £17.99 or £11.98 from Amazon
Davina says:
'It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or pro, as High Energy Five will help you get fit at home whilst having loads of fun!'
Who's it good for?
It's best for women who want to tone up and get an effective workout that's easy to do at home. You can choose two of the five workouts to do if your time is limited or all if you want the full workout.
goodtoknow user, Harriet Davis, 36, from Coventry, says:
'I thought this DVD was fun, easy-to-follow and perfect for what I wanted. I'm used to exercise but I think it's good for beginners too. It gave me a good workout and focused on various problem areas so you can really use the DVD to suit you! The recommendations are to choose two 20-minute workouts three times a week, which was realistic to fit my busy life.
Davina's comments really helped keep the workouts fun and encouraged me as I went on but if you're not a fan of hers, it might become a little irritating.'
Will you do it again? Yes
