Gaynor says:
'You too can now drop a dress size or two as I did in just three weeks! As a busy mother of two and someone who loves food, hates dieting and hasn't got time to go to the gym I found this workout routine a godsend.'
Who's it good for?
Good for busy women of all shapes and sizes and for those of you who want to choose your workouts to suit your fitness level.
goodtoknow user, Izabella Aleksandra, 40, from Warwickshire, says:
'I'm a huge Corrie fan and chose this DVD as I really like Gaynor. She's got a great personality and she makes the routines look easy. The stretches are simple enough, but I was a bit disappointed as I couldn't complete some of the problem area stretches - I thought that too much time was spent on working one area and I really had to work hard to get through some of it.
The good points are that you can choose from five of the short workouts. I also really liked the healthy eating advice section and it motivated me to watch what I eat in future but overall I can't see myself keeping up the fitness routines.'
Will you do it again? No

the whole point of exercising is to push yourself, you can't expect to be able to do everything first time. the fact that you had to work hard to get through some of it shows that it was giving you a challenge and over time you will be able to over come your resistances in the stretches and be able to perform them.
