Who's it good for?
Not for the faint-hearted - the workouts are quite intensive. Beginners may need to start off slow, but keep going and you'll really build up your fitness levels, get toned muscles and lose weight quickly. It's great for already active women who want to work out from home.

'This felt like a real exercise class! It starts off lightly with good stretches to get the whole body warmed up and goes on to a full aerobic workout, but I really settled into it and got a great cardio workout - my pulse was racing and it felt similar to running miles.
I'd really recommend this DVD to people who want an intensive workout and improve their fitness - you've got to be disciplined to keep it up but it's really worth it.'
