Ive been watching Diets that Time forgot, and I have to admit the 'Choo Choo' diet has seen me loose 3pounds in the first week of trying. You simply chew eat mouthful 32 times before swallowing, this allows your stomach to get fuller quicker as it can register the food your putting in, your stomach doesnt have teeth!! it means the massive meal you could finish in 5minutes is a struggle to get through half!! Great!!
