Fat attack fortnight - Day 2
Breakfast
1 yellow portion pot/50g unsweetened muesli with milk from allowance (V)
Mid-morning Power Snack
1 Ryvita Dark Rye Crispbread with 50g low-fat salsa
Lunch
Any pre-packed sandwich of your choice made with wholegrain bread (max. 250 kcal and 5% fat) plus a small salad (V)
Mid-afternoon Power Snack
150g strawberries with 1 tsp 0% fat Greek-style yogurt
Dinner
Steamed fish with parsley sauce: 200g steamed white fish served with 115g boiled new potatoes (with skins) and unlimited vegetables of your choice plus low-fat parsley sauce (made with skimmed milk)
Activity challenge
- Walk briskly for 10 minutes
- Walk up and down stairs 3 times consecutively
- Do 10 minutes of toning exercises (see Days 1, 4, 5, 7, 10)

i can't see much for veggies. i thought this catered for this?
