Fruit salad made with 200g fresh seasonal berries and 1 blue portion pot/80ml unsweetened orange juice topped with 1 tsp 0% fat Greek-style yogurt (V)
Mid-morning Power Snack
1/2 x 35g Rosemary Conley Low Gi Nutrition Bar
Lunch
2 slices toasted wholegrain bread topped with 1 x 150g can baked beans (V)
Mid-afternoon Power Snack
1 small banana
Dinner
Liver with onion and gravy: 115g braised lamb's liver cooked in non-stick pan (no oil) with sliced onions and gravy and served with 115g boiled new potatoes (with skins) and unlimited other vegetables
Activity challenge
- Do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise (work out at class, to aerobics or salsacise fitness DVD or on cardio equipment at gym)
