Fat attack fortnight - Day 8
Breakfast
1 blue portion pot/40g dry porridge oats, cooked in water, served with milk from allowance or 1 pot Rosemary Conley Ready To Eat Porridge, plus 1/2 tsp honey or sugar and 25g fresh seasonal berries (V)
Mid-morning Power Snack
1 apple or pear
Lunch
1 x 150g chicken breast (no skin), grilled, served with a mixed salad
Mid-afternoon Power Snack
1 small banana
Dinner
Baked sweet potato with tuna: 1 x 175g sweet potato baked in oven, then topped with 100g canned tuna in brine (drained) mixed with 4 tsps low-fat salad dressing (e.g. Waistline), 25g canned sweetcorn and 2 tsps 0% fat Greek yogurt. Serve with large salad
Activity challenge
- Take 2 x 15-minute brisk walks during the day
- Do 15 minutes of toning exercises (see Days 1, 4, 5, 7, 10)
