Breakfast
1 slice toasted wholegrain bread topped with 1 scrambled egg and 2 grilled tomatoes (V)
Mid-morning Power Snack
150g strawberries with 1 tsp 0% fat Greek-style yogurt
Lunch
Assorted salad leaves topped with sliced peppers and cherry tomatoes and served with 1 blue portion pot/100g low-fat cottage cheese mixed with 1 blue portion pot/80g low-fat coleslaw; 1 peach and 100g strawberries (V)
Mid-afternoon Power Snack
2 satsumas
Dinner
King prawn and ginger with egg rice: 1 x 425g pack Rosemary Conley's King Prawn & Ginger with Basmati Egg Rice served with steamed pak choi or other green vegetables
Activity challenge
- Walk briskly for 40 minutes or more leisurely for an hour
- Do 10 minutes of toning exercises (see Days 1, 4, 5, 7, 10)
