Madge is always being papped going to and from exercise classes, and confesses to a strict daily routine consisting of Yoga, Pilates and either running, cycling or Karate.
She obviously does some weight training as well to get pumped up muscles like that but with such a low body weight from all the cardio, her biceps appear out of proportion and veiny - cool it off a bit Madge, you're great as you are.
