Home fitness equipment: Lose bingo wings

Bingo wings is the more common name for the wobbly bits we all hate that hang from the underside of upper arms. They're actually a build up of fat and loose muscle. The following fitness products are best for targeting and toning your upper arms so you'll get rid of any floppy bits and have arms to be proud of in time for summer.

Best fitness DVD:

10 Minute Solution - Target Toning, £4.97, from Amazon Cheap!
This DVD targets all your problem areas and 10 minutes a day is all it takes to get toned up.

Best fitness equipment:

Gold's Gym Abdo Glider, £34.99, from goldsgymdirect.co.uk Quick results!
This is brilliant for toning arms, shoulders, back and bum too. It's really easy to use, just kneel on the floor, hold the handles and push away from you and pull back towards you.

Powerball Neon Pro, £14.75 - £25, from Amazon Fun!
This a great gadget for toning arms and strengthening wrists. It's small and fun too. Spin the tennis-sized ball as fast as you can - the faster you spin, the better the workout.

Dyna-Band, £9.95, from John Lewis Cheap and cheerful!
A fitness band that's great for beginners. It's simple to use and really effective for strengthening your arms, hips, thighs, waist and stomach muscles. The bands come in different colours and resistances so you'll need to buy a new one as you progress.
