Your breasts are made up of fatty tissue mostly so you won't be able to change their size or shape through exercise alone. But, you can help them sit higher by working the pectoral muscles, which sit behind them.

Best fitness equipment:

SPORTOP FT8000 Weight Bench, £69.99, from Amazon
Top workout tip!
If you've got a little room at home, a bench press is a great piece of fitness equipment to have, but you'll need to find out how to use it safely as there are over 30 different exercises to do.

Top tip for perking up your boobs: Set the bench at an angle between 45 and 60 degrees, grab a pair of dumbbells and lie face up on the bench, with your feet flat on the floor. Start with the dumbbells held slightly against your chest, with arms bent, then lift the weights towards the sky and repeat.

USA Pro Resistance Tubes Kit, Pack of 3, £25, from John Lewis Recommended by goodtoknow!
This is a set of 3 resistance bands that each have their own level of strength. They are comfortable to use and a great alternative to weights. Use them to strengthen and tone arms, perk up your boobs and most parts of your body too. There's a workout DVD included to help you get the most out of these.

Gaiam Pilates BodyCircles Kit, £25, from Amazon Great for toning!
Pilates is good for working the chest muscles, tummy, back, arms, legs and de-stressing too. These lightweight Pilates circles will give you a challenging upper body workout so you'll get toned arms, shoulders, upper back and firmer boobs.

York Pushup Stands, £10.99, from Amazon Cheap and cheerful!
The easiest chest exercise to do at home is a press-up, so use these to get the best position and stretch.
