you need to burn 3500 kcals to burn off one pound, your probably eating too much beacuse whatever your doing your burning kcals, why not try little things like fidgeting more and cutting down a bit and youll be skinny in no time:) x

i am sorry but i dont believe that u can lose 100 calories by watching tv and 71 clalories by sleeping ,if u do why arent i skinny? lol
