Mushroom risotto with a green salad and add a few tbsp of low-fat plain yogurt to make it a bit creamy
Day six
BreakfastA small two-egg omelette with fresh tomatoes. Try our French omelette with garlic tomatoes

Pancakes with vegetables and a glass of fresh orange juice
Dinner
Chilli con carne with brown rice
Day seven
BreakfastPlain yogurt (available at large supermarkets or health food shops) with a handful of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
Lunch
Cold tomato soup, try our gazpacho recipe, you can chuck it all in a blender and there's no cooking involved!
Dinner
Steamed salmon with broccoli or try broccoli and salmon parcels with green beans
