Dark chocolate has far less sugar than milk chocolate and if it's got more than 60% cocoa solids, it can even lower blood pressure. A low-fat hot chocolate drink will give you the chocolately taste you're after with just a fraction of the calories. Drink one with a banana and you'll feel full too.
