Lunch: Roast tomato soup, sandwich, grapes
Evening meal: Chicken curry, rice (380 cal), yogurt
Snacks: 2 oatcakes, cereal bar, gin and tonic

Tuesday
Breakfast: Muesli, strawberries
Lunch: Vegetable soup, oatckes, crisps
Evening meal: Stir-fry beef with noodles, yogurt
Snacks: Cereal bar, oatcakes

Wednesday
Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch: Jacket potato, fruit
Evening meal: Chicken with egg-fried rice, sorbet and raspberries
Snacks: 6 dried apricots, cereal bar

Thursday
Breakfast: Porridge, fruit juice
Lunch: Chicken salsa wrap
Evening meal: Pasta and meat sauce, yogurt
Snacks: 2 oatcakes, cereal bar

Friday
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with Canderel sweetener
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich
Evening meal: Steak, new potatoes, salad
Snacks: Cereal bar, oatcakes, gin and tonic

Saturday
Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch: Ham sandwich, yogurt
Evening meal: Chicken and rice (383 cal), yogurt
Snacks: Cereal bar, apricots

Sunday
Breakfast: Grilled bacon roll
Lunch: Lamb cutlets, raspberries
Evening meal: Ham sandwich, yogurt
Snacks: Glass of wine, cereal bar
