Tuesday
Breakfast: Porridge, fruit juice
Lunch: Jacket potato with prawns
Evening meal: Steak and salad
Snacks: Cereal bar, glass of wine

Wednesday
Breakfast: Mashed banana on toast
Lunch: Chicken and French bean salad
Evening meal: Chilli con carne, fruit
Snacks: 6 apricots, 2 oatcakes

Thursday
Breakfast: Muesli, strawberries, yogurt
Lunch: Cheese and ham on toast, fruit
Evening meal: Meat sauce with spaghetti, chocolate mousse
Snacks: 2 oatcakes, cereal bar

Friday
Breakfast: Banana on toast, fruit juice
Lunch: Jacket potato with tuna, fruit
Evening meal: Salmon fishcakes
Snacks: 2 oatcakes, cereal bar, gin and tonic

Saturday
Breakfast: Egg on toast
Lunch: Chicken salsa wrap, fruit
Evening meal: Chicken stir fry, yogurt
Snacks: 1 teacake, cereal bar, glass of wine

Sunday
Breakfast: Muesli, banana
Lunch: Bacon and brie sandwich
Evening meal: Rack of lamb, vegetables, yogurt
Snacks: 2 oatcakes, cereal bar
