Weight at start of week one: 15 stone, 11 lb

Monday
Breakfast: Fruit juice, poached egg and toast
Lunch: Vegetable soup, oatcakes
Evening meal: Chicken and rice ready meal, fruit
Snacks: 8 apricots, packet of crisps

Tuesday
Breakfast: Porridge, fruit juice
Lunch: Bagel with cream cheese, pear
Evening meal: Chicken breast and vegetables, yogurt
Snacks: Cereal bar, soup and oatcakes

Wednesday
Breakfast: Muesli, yogurt, peach
Lunch: Stir-fry and chicken, 2 oatcakes
Evening meal: Salmon teriyki, yogurt
Snacks: 2 oatcakes

Thursday
Breakfast: Poached egg on toast, fruit juice
Lunch: Jacket potato, tuna and sweetcorn
Evening meal: Meat sauce with pasta, 80g grapes
Snacks: Cereal bar, apple

Friday
Breakfast: Fruit juice, banana, toast
Lunch: Vegetable soup, oatcakes
Evening meal: Stir-fried vegetables and chicken, melon
Snacks: 2 cereal bars

Saturday
Breakfast: Fruit juice, muesli, strawberries, yogrt
Lunch: Mashed banana, 2 sliced of 30g bread
Evening meal: Curry and rice (380cal), nectarine
Snacks: Cereal bar

Sunday
Breakfast: Smoothie, half a bagel
Lunch: Vegetable soup, 30g bread
Evening meal: Fish new potatoes, vegetables, yogurt
Snacks: Cereal bar, banana
