Lunches
Sandwich, soup or salad only. If you generally choose a takeaway with chicken, meat or fish, keep lunch free of these items.
- Make a large colourful mixed salad sandwich using 2 slices Nimble or Slimcea bread. 1 apple.
- 2 Ryvitas spread with low-fat Philadelphia soft cheese and a sliced tomato, small bunch red grapes.
- 400ml bowl of spinach, carrot or veg soup. 1 slice Nimble. 1 pear.
- Avocado sandwich: ½ avocado, mashed with 3 crushed walnuts and a little walnut oil, served in 2 slices Nimble or Slimcea bread. small pot fruit yogurt.
