Which muffin top are you?
Giant muffin top? You need the hardcore programme
Spend 30 minutes every day doing any variety of the muffin top exercises (you can do it in 10 min blocks if you don't have time for a full 30 minutes). Spend 20-30 minutes every day doing some type of cardiovascular activity.
Medium muffin top? You need the half 'n' half programme
Do 30 minutes every other day doing any variety of these exercises and some type of cardiovascular activity every other day for 20-30 minutes.
Mini muffin top? You need the easy-peasy programme
Spend 15 mins every day doing any variety of these exercises. Do 20 minutes cardiovascular activity every other day.
