7 ways to easy summer weight loss
You don't have to fear summer dieting, it's actually a lot easier than you think.
Here are our seven reasons that slimming in the sun is a piece of (low-fat) cake!
1. Exchanging hot drinks
With warmer weather, coffee, tea and hot chocolate drinks are far less appealing. So long as you make sure you swap your cafe latte for a glass of water, you can really reduce your calorie intake.
For example, a tall latte from Starbucks has 176 calories and a signature hot chocolate with whipped cream as much as 418. If you do fancy a brew, a cup of tea without milk has no calorific value at all.
2. Eat seasonal
Summer brings with it all the delicious, seasonal food and veg we love so much. Berries, Mediterranean vegetables, tomatoes, salads... which is great news for the diet, as fruit and veg are low in fat.
