What is it?

Ryvita has come up with a two-week plan that'll help you kick-start a healthier lifestyle this summer. The plan includes a 14-day Challenge which you can download, containing a wide variety of delicious topping suggestions and easy recipes for evening meals, to help you start looking good and feeling great too!

How does it work?

For two weeks you can choose from two topped Ryvita Crispbread for breakfast, and another two Ryvita Crispbread with delicious, fresh toppings, along with a dessert for lunch. Or if you want a bit of variety at lunchtime, you can try soup alongside Ryvita Thins. Then for dinner you can choose from a number of nutritionally balanced recipes from the plan. You can also have two snacks a day under 100 calories, such as fresh fruit, Ryvita Minis and deliciously crispy Ryvita Thins with tasty dips.
