What you can eat on the 14-Day Ryvita Summer Fit Challenge
You can have any variety of Ryvita Crispbreads, Minis or Thins and you can follow it if you're a vegetarian too - there are lots of meat-free suggestions for lunch and dinner!
We recommend you drink plenty of water throughout the day, but you can also enjoy low-calorie soft drinks, and tea and coffee with semi-skimmed milk as part of the challenge! And you can even enjoy your favourite tipple in moderation 2 - 3 times a week. Not-so-bad choices are: 1/2 pint lager or beer (normal strength), 2 pub measures of any spirit and a diet mixer, 1 small 100ml glass of wine.
