Breakfasts: approx 200 cals
- Bowl unsweetened Florida grapefruit segments. Skinny omelette (2 egg whites, 1 whole egg). Water or coffee
- Grapefruit segments, creamy oatmeal (sachet of Oat So Simple) with milk and 1tsp honey.
- 30g Special K with 250ml skimmed milk and half a banana, sliced
