Toned calves will help create a flattering silhouette. Avoid straps around the ankle as they can make your legs look shorter. For a quick exercise you can do at home, stand on a bottom step with the back half of your foot hanging over the edge. Pull yourself up onto your tiptoes and then lower yourself again. Do this 10-12 times every day.
