Tone your thighs with leg lifts - Lie on your side, either flat against the floor or propped up on your elbow. Point your toes up towards your body and lift your outside leg up as far as you can. Let it drop back down near the floor and then bring it back up again 10-15 times. Turn over and do the same with the other leg.
