Whether you want to start a family, or are thinking about having another baby, it's best for you and your partner to start to prepare your bodies so that you're in prime condition.

Soo Ritchie, 3 months

Hi I am a fit, healthy 30-year-old and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 15 months. I have literally tried EVERYTHING! Sticks; temperatures; charting etc. Still no joy. Can you recommend any other things I can try or any factors which might influence getting pregnant? Thanks. Soo Ritchie
