How to deal with cramp in pregnancy

Cramp is common in mums-to-be and some think a lack of calcium could be to blame. So it might help to add calcium to your diet by eating yogurt, dry figs or broccoli. Gentle, regular exercise, such as swimming and walking, can improve your circulation, which may also help to reduce cramp.
Ask your partner to give your legs a massage before bed, using a carrier oil with three drops of lavender oil added. Again, this may help improve your circulation.
