Five ways to prevent nappy rash
If nappy rash is a problem for your baby, there are five simple things you can do to help.
1. Change your baby's nappy as soon as it's wet or soiled.
2. Use plain water to clean the nappy area when it's practical to do so.
3. Always dry the skin thoroughly after cleaning, especially the creases.
4. Allow your baby's skin to be exposed to the air as much as possible, little ones enjoy kicking nappy-free in a warm room.
5. Avoid perfumed soaps and lotions - they're not suitable for your baby's skin.
