With hindsight, I moved Ben out of his cot too early. He'd always been a good sleeper, but he took ages to settle in a bed and started waking frequently. It was also easier to visit friends when we could just stick a cot in our room, but now he has a bed at home, he won't go in a cot at all, so there has to be a bed for him everywhere we go.
