Getting the temperature right at bedtime
Clothing and bedding are really important. When the room temperature is just right we dress Frank in a bodysuit and also use a sheet and two lightweight blankets. If the room's too cold I use a long-sleeved bodysuit, sheet and three lightweight blankets. When the room's too hot then it's a short-sleeved bodysuit or just a nappy and sheet only.

I'd tell all parents to get a room thermometer for peace of mind. So in a cold snap you'll have the central heating on low overnight and in a heatwave, you may want a fan, well out of reach.
