What to do if your toddler won't drink milk

What to do if your toddler won't drink milk

Milk is an important part of your child's diet. Until they're five, children should have up to 1 pint (600ml) each day. But milk's not the only source of calcium, there's also tofu, tinned fish, dried fruit and green, leafy veg. Calcium absorption is enhanced by vitamin D, so make sure you get out in the fresh air every day. Give your toddler a vitamin supplement that includes vitamin D and keep offering her full-fat yogurt and cheese.
