Dealing with exam stress
My daughter, Hannah, has trouble getting to sleep before exams, and what works best is making sure there's time to talk. So, when my husband comes home from work, we often go to a café for a quiet drink together. The other thing we do is have a very unstimulating bedtime story, taking turns to read a chapter each, which helps her drop off.
